Osanbashi

One of the best views in Yokohama is from Osanbashi Pier, where the cruise ships come to dock. From the top, there is a great spot with grass and an outdoor cafe. I would recommend just bringing some food/drinks along rather than buying there.

Nissan World HQ

The new Nissan building is starting to really take shape. When complete, this will become the World HQ for all of Nissan's operations. It will also be a real landmark on the Yokohama skyline.

As you can see from the cranes, the construction is still only about half complete, and they seem to add another couple of stories each week. Next time I'll try to get some better pictures of the lobby. I wonder if they'll have a showroom in there eventually?

Yokohama Landmark Tower

This is actually Japan's tallest office building, and it is appropriately named the Yokohama Landmark Tower. When you come anywhere near Yokohama, you really can't miss it on the skyline.

For the business community, this is one of the more desirable addresses in town, although arguably Yokohama Station is more accessible by train.
