From the top, there is a great spot with grass and an outdoor cafe. If you head toward the Tokyu Hands store, there is one street where you are guaranteed to see either Pikachu, Gachapin, Chopper, or a host of other characters. Today I even saw one guy in a Minnie Mouse costume.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recently, I also had the good fortune to meet one of my all-time favourites, this pink bear named Gloomy. When complete, this will become the World HQ for all of Nissan's operations. It will also be a real landmark on the Yokohama skyline.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As you can see from the cranes, the construction is still only about half complete, and they seem to add another couple of stories each week. Next time I'll try to get some better pictures of the lobby.
